Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.

Robust knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with data transformation processes.

Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop efficient mapping strategies.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data conversion issues to maintain data integrity.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and configuration management practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
