Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Design & Engineering • Preparation of Fire Fighting System layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings. • Preparation of Hydraulic Calculations for sprinkler and hydrant systems. • Design of Fire Alarm, Detection, and Public Address systems. • Preparation of Pump room layouts, riser diagrams, and equipment selection. • Preparation and review of BOQ, technical datasheets, and material specifications. • Preparation of shop drawings coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings. • Preparation of Plumbing layouts, DBR, technical specifications, BOQ, relevant calculations.

Confidential Codes & Standards: • Ensure designs comply with: o NBC 2016 Part 4, NBCS 2026 Part F o IS Codes (IS 15105, IS 2190, IS 3844, etc.) o NFPA Standards o Local CFO / Fire Authority requirements Coordination: • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing teams. • Coordinate with consultants and authorities for Fire NOC compliance. • Attend technical meetings with clients and consultants.



• Support execution team for technical clarifications and site issues. Documentation • Preparation of technical submittals and material approvals. • Review tender documents and technical specifications. • Maintain design records and revision control. Software Knowledge: • AutoCAD Mandatory • MS Office Mandatory • Knowledge of Revit / BIM preferred • Basic understanding of hydraulic calculation software preferred Required Qualifications & Skills

Preferred candidate profile

Valuable understanding of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems • Knowledge of codes and standards • Drawing reading and preparation skills • BOQ and quantity estimation knowledge • Valuable communication and coordination skills • Ability to work under project deadlines • Experience in Residential, Commercial, High-rise, IT Park, and Industrial projects • Experience in Fire NOC submissions and authority approvals preferred
