Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. In this position, the team member will respond to customer inquiries across various channels, including email, phone, chat, and social media. Daily responsibilities include resolving product and service issues, providing detailed information about orders, returns, and features, and documenting interactions in support systems.

The role involves troubleshooting basic technical or account-related concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, and marketing to relay customer feedback and contribute to a seamless, brand-aligned experience.

Qualifications

Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills,



with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Focus on Customer Satisfaction, including the ability to empathize, manage expectations, and follow through on resolutions.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear, professional, and inclusive language.

Ability to perform basic Troubleshooting for account, order, and product-related questions, and to escalate when needed.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or tech-focused environments.

Comfort working in office in Gurugram in a fast-paced, startup setting and collaborating with diverse teams.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with customer support tools and CRM systems.

Relevant education or training in business, communications, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
