Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.
Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
