Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a warm and skilled manner.
Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
Serve food, beverages, and desserts efficiently while maintaining SMOOR’s service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and service.
Handle billing and POS transactions when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
