Role & responsibilities
Process Control: Monitor and adjust pressures, temperatures, liquid levels, and gas flow rates for air compressors, purifying units, and cold/distillation columns.
Plant Operations: Execute protected sequence procedures for plant startups, shutdowns, and load changes based on product demand.
Quality & Purity Monitoring: Track oxygen purity and moisture levels via DCS trends to meet industrial standards.
Alarm Management: Respond immediately to system deviations or emergency alarms, troubleshooting root causes alongside field operators.
Data Logging: Maintain operational logs, shift handovers, and production performance reports
Preferred candidate profile Deep understanding of DCS software interfaces, industrial instrumentation, cryogenic safety rules, and gas laws.
