The Assembly / Deburr Executive is responsible for performing precision deburring, cleaning, assembly, and inspection of aerospace machined components in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and aerospace quality standards. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to AS9100 quality requirements, and strict compliance with safety and process documentation.

Deburring Operations
Remove burrs, sharp edges, chips, and surface imperfections from precision-machined aerospace components using manual and pneumatic deburring tools.
Perform edge breaking, polishing, and surface finishing as per engineering specifications.
Ensure components are free from foreign object debris (FOD) before assembly or dispatch.
Handle delicate and high-value aerospace components with care to prevent damage.

Assembly Operations
Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and aerospace components according to engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and work orders.
Install inserts, fasteners, bushes, pins, bearings,



and other hardware as specified.
Verify correct fit, orientation, torque requirements, and alignment during assembly.
Perform functional checks and visual inspections after assembly.

Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer specifications, and aerospace manufacturing standards.
Adhere to 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen initiatives.
Maintain clean workstations and support FOD prevention practices.

Required Experience
1–5 years of experience in precision machining, aerospace manufacturing, assembly, or deburring.
Freshers with robust technical aptitude may be considered.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
