12+ years of functional sales and business experience (mortgage, insurance channel, product etc.)
Own commercial budgets and drive wallet share growth for the flow business for a large geography across multiple lender partners, through a multi-layered sales team.
Work with existing lender partners to deepen engagement, grow wallet share, address challenges, and identify recent opportunities to strengthen collaboration.
Drive solid product awareness and adoption across lender sales teams and their respective channel partners. Work closely with internal stakeholders—Operations, Risk, IT, and Finance—to resolve operational challenges, close service gaps, and reduce friction.
Collaborate with product, data science, and support teams to deliver customized, data driven insights to lender partners.
Partner with marketing to create co-branded and localized collateral that boosts visibility and drives campaigns.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of a high-performing growth focused team. Ensuring discipline and process compliance across teams in the geography.
