Deputy Manager - Project Site Planner | Chikhli (near Navsari) | Central Projects Department

Develop detailed construction schedules, breaking down project phases, activities, and milestones.

Coordinate sequencing of work (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to avoid clashes and delays.

Monitor actual progress vs. planned progress, update schedules, and highlight critical delays or risks.

Optimize resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials) based on project timelines.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align site activities with the master project plan.

Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks early.

Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management reviews.

Ensure planning is compliant with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Candidate needs to possess degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical engineering + project planning software expertise + optionally certifications like PMP or PSP + MBA in Construction management is preferred
