Job Title: Designer (2+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related industry. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of 3D design, structural detailing, and proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software. The role involves translating concepts into production-ready designs while ensuring structural integrity, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
Develop structurally sound and production-ready designs Prepare production drawings, cutting lists, and assembly instructions
Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility Conduct material selection and optimization for durability and cost efficiency
Modify and improve existing designs based on client or production feedback
Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
Coordinate with vendors and production teams when required





Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related field
Solid proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)
Good understanding of 3D modeling, structural design, and technical drafting Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and create detailed technical drawings
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills
Experience with additional CAD/3D software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Fusion 360, etc.)
Understanding of CNC processes and production workflows
Basic knowledge of cost estimation and production planning

Salary
Salary will be offered based on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated skill level.
