Job Summary

Tutree is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our Tutoring and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing team performance, resolving escalations, and driving continuous process improvements.

This role is ideal for professionals with robust leadership experience who thrive in a quick-paced, operations-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tutoring and Customer Support teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance.
Handle operational and customer escalations in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
