Develop architectural/ interior design concepts, schematic designs, design development, and construction drawings for hospitality projects. Prepare presentation drawings, GFCs, and detailed documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, landscape, and other consultants.

Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination. Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and quality benchmarks. Support projects from concept design through execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). 3–8 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to hospitality projects such as hotels,



club houses, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, or luxury developments. Strong design and detailing skills with a portfolio demonstrating hospitality work. With positive concept designing background.( preferably from reputed consultancy firms)

Should have robust knowledge of Current Design Trends and latest materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, photoshop. Must have latest AI integration exposure/ experience .

Good understanding of construction detailing, coordination, and project delivery. COA registration is preferred.
