We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing oral conditions, planning treatments, and performing dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. To deliver high-quality dental treatments while actively contributing to clinic revenue growth, patient retention, case acceptance, and overall business performance of Orthosquare. Job Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls for pending treatment plans
Call old patients for recall visits and treatment continuation
Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and related tissues to diagnose oral health issues
Develop and explain treatment plans to patients
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, RCT, crowns, bridges, and scaling
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation




Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and sterilization standards
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Coordinate with dental assistants and other staff for smooth clinic operations
Achieve clinical and revenue targets as per management guidelines
Minimize treatment delays and increase patient retention
Ensure accurate billing and treatment entry in the software Person Specification
BDS / MDS from a recognized university
Valid State Dental Council registration
Proven experience as a Dentist (Freshers can apply if applicable)
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills
Solid clinical and patient conversion skills
