Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT sales, with hands-on experience in selling laptops, desktops, and Microsoft licensing solutions such as Teams and Office 365.

This role involves end-to-end sales responsibility from lead generation to deal closure while building long-term relationships with corporate clients and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for IT hardware including laptops and desktops
Promote and sell Microsoft solutions such as Teams, Office 365, and licensing packages
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for smooth project execution
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge,



and competitor offerings

Key Requirements
4 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales
Proven experience in selling IT hardware and Microsoft licensing solutions
Solid understanding of enterprise IT requirements and solution selling
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Preferred Skills
Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage
Experience in handling enterprise or SMB accounts
Robust problem-solving and consultative selling approach
