Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat & Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling international customers through chat and voice support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries through Chat and Voice support.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Update customer interactions in CRM/software.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and response time targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.




Follow company policies and international customer service standards.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/Customer Support experience is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
