: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Shift timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-joining engagement.
Smart Sourcing: Build advanced Boolean search strings across Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and ATS databases.
Technical Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct preliminary screening for technical fit and communication skills.
Contract & RPO Staffing: Manage contract/C2H hiring (rate negotiation, SLAs, process compliance).
GCC Client Delivery: Manage hiring processes and stakeholder expectations for Global Capability Centers.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and clients; report on metrics (pipeline, TAT, closures).

Key Requirements
3–5 years in domestic recruitment (IT) with contract staffing experience.
Expertise in Boolean search and job portal navigation.
Prior experience with RPO models and GCC clients (highly preferred).
Robust candidate screening, salary negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in ATS tools , MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.
