Deputy General Manager – Sales

Job Summary

Ubitter Technologies, parent company of canton machinaries a leading LED manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical, LED lighting, solar, or allied product sales, with proven experience in managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for LED and electrical products.
Expand dealer, distributor, institutional, and project sales networks.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
Coordinate with production, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure timely order execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.




Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in electrical, LED lighting, solar, or related product sales.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Robust knowledge of dealer, distributor, institutional, and project sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience
Experience in the LED lighting or electrical manufacturing industry.
Solid network with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and government/private project customers.
Ability to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
