Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the bank's salary account program
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Develop and implement strategies to increase the bank's market share in the corporate salary account segment
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for corporate clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify current business prospects
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
