Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with robust unit/integration test coverage.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on contemporary front-end practices.
Optimize application performance and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP,
