Designation: Deputy Manager
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager – Operations (E-commerce) to lead and manage our e-commerce client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in BPO operations, especially within the e-commerce domain, and will be responsible for driving performance, client satisfaction, and process excellence across multiple service lines including customer support, order management, vendor onboarding, order cancellations, and logistics coordination.
Job Location: Mumbai.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in Ecommerce Operation

Key Responsibility:
Will be Project Manager handling one or few projects, guiding the leads and owning the deliverable and the team performance
Will have to communicate with client, onsite manager and Offsite Project manager
Act as a primary solution provider to Client for the project that’s been managed
In addition to providing a remarkable customer experience, associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements,



develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email
Handle the team(s) and help them by resolving their project related queries
Responsible for training for any new project requirement received from client and current trainees/replacements in the team
Productivity enhancement and quality improvement quarter on quarter
Should have hands on experience in generating reports (excel) and creating process documents
Works with multiple technology applications and features to resolve Seller/Partner issues
Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using client’s knowledge base resources, policies and procedures
Mandatory: Should have been in people management roll atleast for 2+ years and above

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Should be from ecommerce industry back ground (content/cataloging, etc)

Should have extensively used MS Excel (Lookup, Pivot, reporting’s, etc)

Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.

Versatile to work in Rotational as well as US shifts

Exposure be proficient using Word and Powerpoint

Should be able to prepare and present documents
