Plan and conduct engaging drama classes for students across assigned grades.
Develop students' acting, voice modulation, movement, improvisation, and stage confidence.
Organize school plays, skits, assemblies, annual functions, and cultural events.
Train students for inter-school competitions and theatrical performances.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, communication, and self-expression through drama activities.
Conduct auditions, rehearsals, and performance evaluations.
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during classes and rehearsals.
Collaborate with teachers to integrate drama into classroom learning where appropriate.
Coordinate with the music, dance,



and art departments for school productions.
Maintain costumes, props, scripts, and other drama resources.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Participate in staff meetings, career development programs, and other school activities.
