Job Title: Deputy Manager Maintenance D2

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication)

Location: Ranjangaon

Industry: Plastic Moulding Manufacturing and Assembly.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor MTTR /MTBF / preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot Robots, PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, Vision Systems (Keyence), and automated production lines.
Ensure smooth operation of assembly automation equipment, ultrasonic/vibration welding machines, conveyors, compressors, DG sets, chillers, and utility systems.
Troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical systems to minimize machine downtime.
Manage critical spares inventory and drive spare cost optimization initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), Why-Why analysis,



and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
Identify and implement cost-saving, reliability improvement, and automation enhancement projects.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
