About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing & Business Development Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing, business development, customer engagement, brand building, and strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team on real business projects and contribute to expanding the company's market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.

Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Assist in creating presentations, proposals, brochures, and marketing materials.

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and business activities.





Help manage social media initiatives and brand visibility.

Prepare marketing and business performance reports.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop current marketing and growth strategies.

Work on special projects assigned by the management team.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed any Bachelor's degree.

Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Brand Management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred.

Candidates must be willing to work from our Bhopal or Delhi office.

Stipend & Perks

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and performance).

Accommodation: Provided by the company (if required).
