Company Description HEXDOF Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is a Chennai-based mechanical engineering services company with over 15 years of experience delivering quality design and analysis solutions worldwide. We are hiring for our European client. This will be the direct role of the client.

Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Industrial Design or Engineering with Relevant education

· Minimum 8 years experience on exterior and/or interior plastic part development within the automotive industry including 3 years mini as design leader.

· Work independently maintaining a valuable communication with team members and project team.

· Check inputs like design, workplace, etc.

· Have experience on creation of master sections to implement all feasibilities for creation of 3D data

· Estimate, communicate and adjust level of detail to deliver CAD models according to requests.

· Positive experience on Catia: generative shape design, solid and drawing modules.

· knowledge in injection tool, injections point, isostatism ( RPS system), checking fixture, assembly process for plastic components.

· English mandatory





Responsibilities:

· Generation parametric 3D CAD models to appropriate level according to requirements.

· Definition of isostatism for all components (RPS system)

· Checking of Class-A surface

· Generate high quality design of master sections.

· Work collaboratively with customer, supplier & engineering team.

· Experienced in development phase from scratch to RO phase.

· Generation and verification of CAD models for release.

· Ability to work and communicate well within muti-national teams.

· Ability to report the status and issue to management team

· Supports workload distribution, and prioritization of CAD for development.

· Develop CAD model with integration of Class-A surface, engineering request and process feasibility.

· take responsibility for the inclusion of the technical constraints as well as design intention in the CAD model.

· Deliver CAD models within the agreed time frame, adjusting the level of detail to the maturity of the design.
