Bid Leadership & Management Own and manage the complete bid process from prospect qualification through contract award.

Lead bid planning, strategy development, resource coordination, and submission management.

Drive adherence to bid management processes and best practices.

Proposal Development

Coordinate creation of high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender responses.

Facilitate executive reviews and obtain leadership approvals.

Ensure all bid submissions meet customer requirements and deadlines. Commercial & Risk Management Support pricing and commercial strategy development.

Continuous Improvement

Maintain bid repositories, templates, and knowledge databases.

Analyze win/loss feedback and implement process improvements.





Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in bid management, presales, proposal management, or related roles.

Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar bids.

Robust understanding of IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Application Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
