We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in telecalling or telesales, and the ability to convert leads into customers. Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Explain products/services and generate sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
MBA candidates will be given preference.
