Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Design basic creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
Write engaging captions, blogs, articles, email campaigns, and website content.
Assist in SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvement.
Support website updates using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Create and manage Google Business Profile posts and updates.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement on social media.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing tools.
Conduct competitor research and identify recent digital marketing prospects.
Support event promotions, webinar registrations, and online community engagement.
Maintain marketing databases, lead lists,



and campaign reports.
Assist in basic photo/video editing for social media content and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Submit a Daily Work Report (DWR) and update assigned tasks in the company's 17. project management system (Zoho Projects/Asana or as assigned).
Perform additional marketing-related tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
