Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with production and stores for the availability of finished goods.
Arrange vehicles by coordinating with approved transporters based on delivery schedules.
Maintain knowledge of state-wise transporters, routes, and freight requirements.
Ensure proper loading, packaging, and dispatch of finished goods without damage.
Verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport records before shipment.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and daily dispatch reports.
Coordinate with customers and the Sales team regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.
Resolve transportation and dispatch-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory transport regulations.
Monitor transporter performance and recommend improvements in logistics efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve dispatch accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
