Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
Counsel prospective students about courses, fees, and career prospects.
Convert leads into admissions.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with students.
Coordinate the admission and onboarding process.
Achieve monthly admission targets.

Eligibility




Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission/Education/Academic Counselor.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage (training is provided).
Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets is preferred.
