Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, networking, and organic marketing initiatives.
Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars.
Use AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign planning, audience research, and performance analysis.
Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging AI tools.
Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement through cutting-edge campaigns.





Required Skills
Experience in Lead Generation through social media platforms.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
Excellent Content Writing and copywriting skills.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Copy.ai, Jasper, or similar).
Positive understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
