About the Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly on high-impact business initiatives, solving operational and strategic challenges while driving Recent Product Development (NPD) from idea generation to market launch. This role offers significant ownership, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to influence business growth.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects from concept to execution.
Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
Drive New Product Development (NPD), including idea generation, market validation, product testing, launch coordination, and post-launch analysis.




Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales teams.
Build business cases, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.
Identify process optimization opportunities and execute scalable solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Management, or related field.
6 months–1 year of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business operations, or NPD.

Required Skills
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; project management tools are a plus.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and solid ownership.

Preferred Skills
Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
