Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase audience engagement and viewership for Jaya Network’s channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, coordinating content calendars, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics to refine strategies.

Manager will collaborate with programming, creative, and sales teams to support brand awareness, lead generation, and promotional initiatives.



The role also involves staying current with digital trends in media and entertainment and recommending new tactics to enhance the network’s online presence.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan and manage integrated online campaigns.
Experience in Social Media Marketing to grow and engage audiences across key platforms.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of Lead Generation techniques to drive audience acquisition and support business objectives.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different channels.
Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry is an advantage.
Proficiency with major digital advertising platforms and social media management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced in office environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
