Major responsibilities:
Standard Spares & Mechanical Seal business development in assigned territory.
Mechanical Seal Selection support to ASC & Dealers.
Service Support to Standard Spares & Mechanical seal business.
Support to ASC Service Team & Direct customers.
Appoint and develop Standard Spares & Mechanical Seal- ASC in targeted segment.
Achieve yearly targets of Standard Spares & Mechanical Seal.
Provide guideline to ASC dealer for Product Installation and Commissioning.
Coordinate with internal departments like Central Warehouse, Order booking Team, Marketing Services & Pune Service Center.
Provide trouble shooting support to ASC's Engineer in various application.
Conduct scheduled ASC audits in line with policy.

B. Work performed
Field Service Support to ASC as well as end customers.
Enquiry generation and conversion in to the orders.
Promote KSB Mechanical Seal.
Training to ASC service Engineers.
Submission of offers to ASC and end customers.
Obtain necessary approval as per Authority Matrix.
On time payment collection from ASCs & end users.
Competition activity tracking.
Support HO for various development activities.
