Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in performance marketing, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI
Handle property listings on portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing in Real Estate.
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Good understanding of lead generation strategies
Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve campaign performance
Immediate joiner preferred
