About the Role

We are seeking Digital Marketing Executive with 1+ years of proven expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, managing ad spend efficiently, and leading a marketing team to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet business objectives such as sales and brand awareness.
Develop and manage ad budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Run and monitor ad campaigns daily, including audience targeting, bidding strategies and performance adjustments.
Lead, supervise and examine the marketing team’s work to ensure campaign quality and alignment with goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored for social platforms.
Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.




Stay updated on social media ad trends, platform updates and best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of ad spend management, bidding strategies and budget optimization.
Hands-on experience running, monitoring and adjusting paid social campaigns.
Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Robust communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM and analytics platforms.
