Responsible to drive hiring initiatives, including strategy for attracting and hiring niche and critical technical talent.
Collaborate with the various departments heads to understand the hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective utilization of sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including preparation of Job Descriptions, manpower requisition, etc.
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring transparent communication and periodic reporting of HR data to drive informed decision making.
Optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, strong employer branding.
Monitor and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios) to derive actionable insights.
Manage onboarding and inductions to ensure smooth current hire integration, adherence to compliance standards, and a seamless joining experience.




Understanding of HR governance and compliance with SEBI guidelines, company policies and statutory requirements.
Support HR reporting, audits and cross-functional HR initiatives.
Manage and mentor team, driving performance and adherence to best HR practices.
