Role & responsibilities ( Note: Apply only if you have hands-on experience scaling brands on Amazon through Amazon Ads. Immediate joiners preferred)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Ads Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling brand revenue, increasing sales, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
Develop campaign strategies to increase sales, revenue, and brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to improve ROAS.
Analyze advertising reports, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory support campaign performance.




Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest marketplace advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
Robust understanding of PPC campaign management and optimization.
Proven experience in increasing online sales and scaling brand revenue.
Expertise in campaign planning, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget management.
Solid analytical skills with experience using advertising dashboards and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience managing multiple e-commerce brands is an added advantage.
Knowledge of marketplace analytics and reporting tools.

Immediate Joiners Preferred Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be given preference.
