Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment

Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), and relevant local regulations.

Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis tools.

Excellent communication and training skills to engage employees at all levels.

Ability to influence and drive a safety culture in a diverse workforce.

Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage. Candidates should possess solid Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with experience applying safety standards in industrial settings.

Candidates should possess Workplace Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including knowledge of environmental regulations and management systems.

Candidates should possess Occupational Health competencies, including understanding of ergonomics, industrial hygiene,



and health risk assessments.

Candidates should possess NEBOSH or equivalent EHS certification, demonstrating formal training in safety and risk management.

Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably with exposure to electromechanical or electronic components production.

Ability to interpret and apply local and international EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.

Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.

Proficiency in incident investigation techniques, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

Organizational and documentation skills to manage EHS records, reports, and audits effectively.
