We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, and the company website.
Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock shortages.
Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales reports and prepare regular performance dashboards.
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to improve online sales.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
