Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
Monitor and troubleshoot electrical faults in production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Supervise junior technicians & operator to providing guidance and training.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
Implement energy conservation measures and suggest improvements for electrical systems.
Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for electrical maintenance tasks.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.
Ensure documentation aligns with QMS requirements for traceability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Quality team to integrate maintenance processes into the overall QMS framework.
Train team members on documentation practices and QMS compliance
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities as per GMP standards.
