About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Manager to lead our marketplace operations and coordinate day-to-day execution across our D2C business. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring smooth marketplace operations, improving catalogue quality, and driving marketplace growth through effective execution.

Experience Required
3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Operations
Prior experience managing marketplaces for a D2C brand
Experience leading or coordinating a small team is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day marketplace operations across all sales channels
Manage and guide the Marketplace Executive and Customer Support Executive
Product listings and catalogue management (Amazon A+, Flipkart RPD, video cataloguing, keyword research)
Plan and execute marketplace ads, promotions, deals, and coupons




Monitor advertising performance and prepare reports
Coordinate inventory, order processing, and warehouse operations
Ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience across marketplaces
Analyze marketplace performance and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For
Solid understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa seller panels
Hands-on experience with catalogue management and marketplace advertising
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a small team
Experience in the fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle industry is preferred
