Job Description US Bench Sales Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for US Bench Sales Recruiters who are willing to work night shifts.
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in US Bench Sales (US Staffing).
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) models.
Proven experience in marketing bench candidates and placing them on projects.
Strong understanding of requirements and excellent candidate marketing skills.
Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and CareerBuilder.
Expertise in sourcing and marketing through LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
Responsible for screening, shortlisting, and marketing bench consultants based on client needs.




Robust negotiation and communication skills while dealing with US clients and vendors.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Maintain accuracy and follow-through in submissions and placements.
Collaborate closely with the team to understand client requirements, rates, and skill demands.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
1–4 years of US Bench Sales experience.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
