Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative Event Experience Curator who can convert ideas into unique, premium and profitable event concepts. This role requires a balance of creativity, research and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Convert the Founder’s vision into detailed event concepts.

•⁠ ⁠Research market trends, global event ideas and experiential formats.

•⁠ ⁠Design premium event themes and guest experiences.

•⁠ ⁠Develop cutting-edge event IPs from scratch.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare mood boards, experience flow and creative presentations.

•⁠ ⁠Create multiple event concepts for evaluation.

•⁠ ⁠Estimate curation costs and prepare detailed budgets.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure concepts are commercially viable and profitable.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with production and design teams to bring concepts to life.

•⁠ ⁠Present creative ideas backed by research and business logic.

•⁠ ⁠Recommend improvements to enhance guest experience and brand value.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠4–6+ years in Event Curation/Experience Design.

•⁠ ⁠Strong creative visualization skills.





•⁠ ⁠Experience in experiential marketing and premium events.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of production costing and budgeting.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent presentation and ideation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Solid research and trend forecasting abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Commercial mindset with focus on profitability.

•⁠ ⁠High ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in premium events, experiential marketing, luxury events, festivals or large-scale productions.

•⁠ ⁠Robust communication and leadership skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Self-driven, responsible and solution-oriented.

•⁠ ⁠Must take complete ownership of assigned work.

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.

•⁠ ⁠Immediate joiners will be preferred.
