Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Application Support Lead to provide L2/L3 production

support for Guiding Care integration workflows and related healthcare applications.

The role requires strong production support expertise, .NET development knowledge, healthcare domain

experience, and the ability to lead critical incident management activities.

Required Experience.
Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development on healthcare

management systems.
Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care.
Experience with claims processing, perks management, and provider network management.
Strong healthcare knowledge including Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance concepts.
Hands-on experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
Solid SQL skills with ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents

and application outages.





Must Have Skills
Production Support experience.
.NET and Microsoft technology stack expertise.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to lead incident response and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities.
Provide L2 production support for Guiding Care integrations and healthcare applications.
Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement minor bug fixes/patches using C#/.NET.
Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
Collaborate with L2 Support, Development, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases.
Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain knowledge base articles for recurring issues and resolutions.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and adaptable shift support model.
