KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fit

Understand the health and comfort factors of garments.

Understand the feedback from customers and provide support in driving fit accordingly.

Provide support in initiating sample checks on mannequins/live models to ensure the right fit.

Take necessary actions to correct errors in fit to achieve the desired standards of quality.

Creating Point of measure according to the design sheet and product.

Construction

Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the clothing produced meets their preferences in patterns/construction and comfort.

Suggesting and implementing production techniques that are both feasible and friendly to enhance the quality and development of products.

Vendor Management

Set transparent expectations on the garment quality and share all required information accurately with the vendor.

Work with the vendor to ensure quality standards are adhered to EASYBUY.

Collaborate with the vendor to develop and send the right sample by following EASYBUY standards for approval to have increase FTR%.





Receiving garment samples from vendors and meticulously evaluating them to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications.

Set expectation between TD function and vendor to follow SOPs.

Efficiency increases in factory/Production through automation/recent initiatives/WOW.

Samples

Received sample to be checked for fit/construction/fabrics/trims/print/embroidery and check for zero defects.

Products to be delivered within TAT.
