Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Event Operations & Production Manager who can independently handle end-to-end event execution. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in venue sourcing, vendor management, production planning, execution, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Source and finalize venues based on event requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate commercial terms with venues and vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a robust network of production vendors, décor partners, fabricators, rental agencies, sound, light & AV companies.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate production, fabrication, décor, branding and technical setup.

•⁠ ⁠Manage event timelines and ensure every deliverable is completed before the event day.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct venue recce and coordinate with all stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise event setup, execution and dismantling.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure quality control across all production elements.





•⁠ ⁠Manage budgets, quotations and vendor payments.

•⁠ ⁠Solve last-minute operational challenges efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠4–6+ years in Event Production/Operations.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent vendor network in Delhi NCR.

•⁠ ⁠Solid negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠Leadership and team management.

•⁠ ⁠Budget planning and execution.

•⁠ ⁠High ownership and accountability.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for venue scouting and event execution.

What We Expect

This person will own the complete execution of every event. Once the concept is finalized, they are responsible for ensuring every operational and production element is delivered on time and at the expected quality.
