Functional :
Incentive & Compensation Modelling: Able to understand and translate complex compensation plan rules (like quota tiers, overrides, splits, and accelerators) into logical, rule-based workflows.
Financial Compliance (ASC 606): An understanding of accounting principles for amortizing and capitalizing commission expenses.
Financial Modelling & Analytics: Capability to forecast the financial impact of commission changes (e.g., modeling pay-out caps or tier adjustments before rolling them out)
Robust foundation in revenue operations and data architecture.

Technical :
Implementation experience in designing, developing, and managing incentive solutions.
Proficiency in SQL
Python - Preferred
JavaScript - Preferred
