Electrical Maintenance Engg HT / LT Panels & Utilities Responsibilities/: Breakdown Triage & Root/-Cause Analysis/: Reduce MTTR by directing real/-time troubleshooting activities during significant machine breakdowns and identifying defects down to the component level.

Execution of Predictive and Preventative Programs/: Create and carry out organized daily, weekly, and yearly preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment, utilizing predictive tools such as insulation resistance testing meggering and thermal imaging thermography to identify hidden flaws before they result in failures or explosions. PLC & Industrial Automation Control/: Modify ladder logic or functional block diagrams inside industrial controllers to fine/-tune machine sequences, troubleshoot, backup, and optimize automation programs throughout plant machinery. Supervise the secure operation, switching, and upkeep of High Tension HT and Low Tension LT sub/-stations, such as transformers, air circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers,



and Automatic Power Factor Correction panels.

Critical Spare Parts Asset Management/: Ensure that there are no production delays because of missing parts while maintaining inventory budgets by auditing and keeping an accurate inventory of critical electrical spares, such as specialized fuses, relays, proximity sensors, processor cards, and motors.
