Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the plant location.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis.
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and business teams to drive financial efficiency.
Liaise with auditors and support internal and statutory audit activities.
Strengthen internal financial controls and support process improvement initiatives.
Assist in ERP implementation and finance automation projects, where applicable.

Preferred Candidate
CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 23 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in Manufacturing, Mining, Cement, Lime,



or Process Industries preferred.
Exposure to Costing, Controllership, Financial Reporting, Finance & Accounts, or Indian Statutory Audit.
Good understanding of inventory accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
ERP exposure will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
