Strategic Technical Oversight
Act as the primary point of contact between the CMDs office and various project sites/departments.
Review and synthesize project status reports, technical drawings, and site performance data to provide the CMD with concise, actionable executive summaries.
Monitor critical path milestones and flag potential project risks or bottlenecks in real-time.
Executive Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain high-level dashboards to track key EPC performance indicators (KPIs), budget utilization, and schedule adherence.
Prepare board papers, presentations, and briefing notes for management reviews and external stakeholder meetings.
Conduct deep-dive technical research and feasibility analysis for recent project acquisitions or operational improvements.
Meeting Management & Coordination
Facilitate high-stakes internal and external meetings; document critical decisions and track the status of action items to ensure organizational accountability.
Coordinate follow-ups on behalf of the CMD with functional heads to ensure time-bound resolution of operational issues.
Liaison & Communication
Draft qualified correspondence for government agencies,



joint venture partners, and high-value clients.
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and skilled integrity.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) from a Premier Institute (IIT/NIT/BITS/equivalent).

Required Skills:
Engineering Acumen: Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, EPC project schedules, and blueprints.
Analytical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools for project analytics.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical jargon for executive-level consumption.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in navigating complex organizational hierarchies and managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Discretion & Agility: Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain complete confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
